Great recommendations! I used the Food Allergy Detective app, and it really helped me and my allergist diagnose the foods that were triggering eczema outbreaks and my milk allergy. I also use a free app called Woozy to receive notifications when foods are recalled for undeclared milk, which is actually pretty common! Great blog!
