Have you ever had one of those days where it’s time to go and you just need to get out the door but your little one has on two different shoes? Kids like to be creative – and they just plain don’t stress out about the small stuff like we do. The good news is that there’s a new shoe company out there that lets kids be creative while learning about style choices – all while taking stress away from parents!
Chooze Shoes is my favorite thing right now. This amazing company created some of the cutest, most playful, and most unique shoe styles for kids I have ever seen – and none of them match! You read that right! When you buy a pair of shoes, each shoe is just different enough to add whimsy and kid-style without being a total mess. Examples include a boys’ pair with an argyle shoe and checker shoe in the same colors and a girls’ pair with different shapes and sizes of polka dots on each shoe.
I fell in love with these the moment I saw them, and I can totally see my kids enjoying them every day! I love the idea of giving my kids creative freedom and a truly unique pair of shoes while also helping them learn more about style choices, colors, patterns, and self-care. There are literally so many options on the Chooze Shoes website that I couldn’t pick my favorite!
I think that as kids get older, involving them more and more in choices like personal fashion and style can be really empowering. When kids feel like they are safe to let their own personality show on the outside it can help create confidence, self-esteem, and self-worth in some pretty amazing ways.
