If you’re trying to identify the hidden cause of an ongoing allergic reaction in your or your child, food is always the best place to start looking – and there’s no better way to figure out which foods are causing trouble than keeping a food allergy journal. Great recommendations! I used the Food Allergy Detective app, and it really helped me and my allergist diagnose the foods that were triggering eczema outbreaks and my milk allergy. I also use a free app called Woozy to receive notifications when foods are recalled for undeclared milk, which is actually pretty common! Great blog!
